  Liked: I booked an apartment with breakfast and private parking on booking.com but there was neither parking nor breakfast. The owner of the apartment gave us the key and disappeared. Very expensive and not comfortable

  Grateful to neighbor B&B for contacting owner to give is the key

  Liked: Great location. Nice owner (Pino) who let us leave luggage.

  Disliked: Insufficient signage to identify the property on busy one-way street. No instructions about how to enter property. Lack of sheets for 2nd bed.

  Liked: Great location with a view directly at the gardens and the Reggia. Perfectly clean, and the proprietor was most helpful.

  Disliked: It's not really a complaint, just a note, that it is not easy to find a parking spot but that is to be expected in the city centre, next to the biggest tourist magnet in the area.
