Avoid this place if you have a heavy suitcase as there is no elevator not worth 9.2
Liked: I have absolutely no idea how this place got 9.2.
Disliked: It’s in a scuzzy backstreet and you have to ring a number to be let in. The apartments are located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator and I had to drag my bag up the stairs. There is no one around to help. The room was clean except for a dirty stained chair. To top it all off there was a rock concert playing in the palace gardens and the doof doof music kept me awake until 1am.
Liked: Very Clean and presti new
Disliked: Location is not the best, very close to the central station, not the safest place in the city. It's at the 4th floor without elevator not the 3rd as they say. No stuff to talk to it's all managed with codes and automatic systems.

Liked: That’s perfect place for stay to visit Caserta castle. Modern, functional, very clean and very close to sightseeing.
Liked: Very clean and fresh, newly renovated apartment. Everything you could hope for in a room. Liked the idea that there was no key access, all access was by use of codes.
Disliked: This was no fault of the accommodation, but given the amount of luggage we had and not having read the reviews, it was a bit tedious getting all our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs. As mentioned, no fault of the hotel, but be mindful of the climb. Had we done it with less luggage, it would have been fine.
Awesome place in a super convenient location. Highly recommend!!
Liked: Our room was very clean and comfortable with lots of counter space, a nice shower, and very comfortable bed. Also extremely convenient- about a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the palace and a 3 minute walk to the train station.
Disliked: The room is about 7 (short to medium length) flights of stairs up and there is no elevator. Might be an issue for someone with mobility issues.
Liked: Location, clean, quiet.
Disliked: It was a little disorientating to encounter no humans at all. And I wondered how one would get in if there were a power cut. Only uncomfortable part was that climate control/a.c seemed to have a life of its own. Sometimes the room was stifling, other times pleasant...
