Liked: Fantastic location and very clean and comfortable! Check out was early (10am) but we could leave bags at least. I thought this was a hotel and would have services and facilities such as a spa but that was my bad for misunderstanding at booking, and worth it for the location right next to the palace.
Good location and clean room with bathroom
Liked: Location next door to the Palace
Disliked: It is located in na car restricted area so we need to park car in the public parking area which means walking with luggage and pay extra €20 per day
Nice place in a great location for visiting the Royal Palace
Liked: Great location for visiting the Royal Palace and Gardens. Very good stylish shower.
Disliked: The room, although nice, was very small especially for two people’s luggage. But since we stayed just one night was manageable.
Central and comfortable stay in Caserta
Liked: Location was great with the Royal Palace and Gardens just across the road. Comfortable and roomy living area and bedroom particularly for two people (we had the quadruple room).
Disliked: Parking and bag drop not possible at premises. Arrangement with paid parking lot 600 metres away. NB €20 per day in CASH. This nearly caught us out so be prepared with cash for the cashier (don't use the machine).
Liked: Very clean. Great decor.
Disliked: Not familiar with the location but was a little daunting.
