Exceptional
Liked: Lovely and inspiring design

Liked: Woderful proprietors, excellent central location, exuberant design
Superb
Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Big comfy rooms with nice decor in a great location. Lots of good places to go for food and drink. There are a number of bars and clubs around and it is a lively area, so if you're going to bed early, you might want some ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones depending on how sensitive you are. Would have loved to have spent more than a night in Caserta because it sounded fun!
Disliked: Not really complaints, just noting a couple things for other folks to be aware of when booking. Would have liked some more "lounging" space for our group of 7 to be able to be together while in the place to make it easier for communication and coordination (even if it was some couches and chairs in one of the larger rooms), but overall it worked fine. As long as you're not a big group like we were and aren't planning on spending time together in the space, it's not a problem. Parking was a bit of a hassle that we weren't expecting. It could have been made clearer up front that we would have to park a ways away from the building and walk with our bags because the hotel is in a ZTL. Not a big deal, but was a little bit of a pain since we had a lot of bags and some tired older folks who needed help.
Very comfortable stay in the middle of the town
Liked: Perfect location. In pedestrian zone and only 1 block from main street. Delicious bakery downstairs. Great service and communication from hosts. Room was large, clean and new. We were leaving 6 AM and they delivered breakfast to the room before we left. Very comfortable stay.
Disliked: No issues
Liked: Accueil hors normes des hôtes, très sympathiques et avenants!
