For the price and one night stay- it was OK

Disliked: Very small room for 4 persons. Seems non smoking, but smelled very bad. And this so called breakfast- packed coockies 🤢
Disliked: The host forced me to pet 100 euro for my kids that I already mentioned before booking. She was saying I didn’t mentioned their ages. I booked for 4 people we were 4 people. She even didn’t give me any receipts for 100 dollars.

Liked: Nothing they not even let us check in
Disliked: The owner is THIEF, impolite and extremely rude just like the lady who is taking care of the property. We read his post and in the common questions he claims to have late check in. We were on a road trip mid august and we booked at night because we were driving there. We called to confirm and he said nobody could open the door, so we said it’s ok but then you have wrong information in you add, we look for something else but please return the money. He ignored us. The next morning we went there to try to talk to him (terrible English he has btw, actually he cannot speak at all honestly, luckily i speak Spanish so I could try to understand) but he wasn’t there just a couple of old people who almost kicked us out, actually the lady closed the door in my boyfriends face. We called him again and he asked for time to talk to booking, then he said he was solving the situation, then another excuse and another. It has been more than two months and we are still waiting for the reimbursement, he has all my boyfriends account details but he definitely doesn’t want to give the money back, WE NEVER STAYED, BUT HE GOT THE MONEY

Liked: Very nice lady, i think for the price its amazing, you have everything you need and more, very nice of them to leave small snacks like fruit and yogurt and the breakfast id say tipical in any italian hotel/b&b but very cute:) its quite close, its just a 20 min walk from the train station and 5 mins from a great pizza place
Disliked: one towel was slightly dirty but there were so many other towels so it wasnt an issue, also there is no window, only in the bathroom so keep that in mind but its not a problem for us
