  Rustic paradise in Tuscany

  Liked: It is a beautiful rustic property in the middle of a working vineyard in Tuscany. It is similar to others we have been to in the local area but what sets it apart is it’s proximity to town, and the warmth of the owners and their staff who made us feel so welcome.

  Magnificent stay under the Tuscan sun

  Liked: Very relaxing farm stay in Castellina in Chianti. Parking on site, a 5 min drive into town or an uphill walk through the vines. Pool area very clean and a godsend on a hot day. Apartments were very spacious and well laid out. Outdoor space excellent. Access to the hotel facilities in town and complimentary wine were a bonus. Great base for exploring Tuscany.

  Disliked: Would be perfect if it had a washing machine on site. Also needs a few basics like tea & coffee on arrival.

  A great place to unwind and visit the Tuscany region

  Liked: Beautiful relaxing location a short drive or steep walk into Castellina in Chianti. The pool is lovely, overlooking the hills and vines. Spacious accommodation with only 4 apartments on site. Parking is easy and Monica was available if there was a problem. Bonus that we could use the hotel facilities in town. Complimentary bottle of wine was much appreciated.

  Disliked: The property could provide a few basics like tea & coffee, milk sugar etc.

  Beautiful farm accommodation. Loved the rural feeling - the rooster was our new friend! Cleanliness

  Liked: The location was perfect as we had a car. Ample, easy to use parking right at the property. Was walking distance to the town so did not always need the car. The kitchen/lounge room was well set out with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. The two bedrooms were a good size with plenty of space in the wardrobes. The bathroom was perfect. Iron and ironing board was great as was the heating system. From each room and the veranda the views were spectacular of the vineyards, olive groves and stone buildings - very Tuscany.

  Disliked: As we do travel a lot we look forward to a clothes washing machine. This property would be 11 out of 10 if there were laundry facilities.

  An ideal, authentic Tuscan experience

  Liked: I wanted a farm house and this is what I got. It was a spectacular, beautiful home away from the quaint small town. The house is broken into apartments, so there is other life there which I did not mind at all. This place is as charming as ever. The place itself is cozy--I want to live there! I walked through the vineyard and enjoyed the peaceful area. I took a short hike to the town in the morning for breakfast at their hotel, and it was fantastic with many choices and seats looking over the vast Tuscan view. Following the directions to check-in is a must and it was easy. There is plenty of space with two full bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. I would go back in a heartbeat.
