  An idyllic stay in a beautiful area

  Liked: Everything about the property is beautiful. The farmhouse interior is fitted out and decorated to a very high standard with extensive outdoor areas again with high quality outdoor seating and facilities. The property is spacious for six people and contains everything needed for a comfortable stay. Daniella who attends the complex everyday is an absolute gem, so very kind,personable and willing to help.

  Disliked: There really was nothing that any of the four of us could criticise or find fault with.

  A lovely country based relaxed place to stay. Sadly just let down by the smelly bathroom drain

  Liked: Lovely location. Nicely renovated. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Quiet

  Disliked: Sadly the main bathroom had very smelly drains which were unable to be fixed.

  Liked: The location was fine and it was a beautiful Villa but The host didn't make it easy to get in by sending a email the same day about the keucode. This should have been a few days before.

  I would highly recommend Il Villino for a quiet, luxurious stay in Castellina in Chianti

  Liked: The farmhouse has been meticulously remodeled inside with high end appliances and bath fixtures. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. Loved the outside fire-pit and grill. We spent a few evenings enjoying our private patio! Also, Liza was extremely helpful in providing information regarding drivers and taxis. Above and beyond!!

  Disliked: We loved everything but we would have appreciated more coffee and possibly tea for our stay.
