Liked: They made my stay very relaxed after my flight was cancelled for 4 day turned a bad experience in to a nice stay

Clean good location poor facilities
Liked: Clean and nice views and the bathroom was nice
Disliked: Can’t make a coffee. No facilities at night to get a drink after the bar closes, no brew making stuff in the rooms. Reception staff member I found rude when I asked if I can get a drink

Clean hotel but a little far from Catania centre

Disliked: It’s too far from Catania unless you have a car and they charged us for my son who we booked to be with us during the booking. The booking.com didn’t filter out the fact that he is 12 and not less than a year old so paid extra for a bed to be installed in the room. Also all facilities advertised were not included as park of the booking. Had to pay extra to use the indoor pool.
