Excellent communication and outstanding support from the host

Liked: Communication with the host was the best we have ever experienced in all our reservations. He was incredibly helpful with everything, and all the information he provided was exactly what we needed and the best we could have hoped for. His communication and support truly made a difference in our experience.

Liked: Great location just near the castle and a short walk to the city centre. Hosts were fabulous, with lots of tips on local restaurants, bars and places to visit. Great chilled out vibe.

A warm welcome from a clean, well located property

Liked: Near to the castle and easy access to all other places of interest. Rob was very helpful with so much information and even sorted a taxi transfer to Taormina. The breakfast was perfect!

Disliked: On a busy road, but with shutters closed and air con on (low) I wasn’t aware of any noise.

The stay was good but would find another booking next time

Liked: The People were very nice and accommodating. Had detailed instructions. Our door lock was not easy to work and we gave up on it, Still felt safe. We did not like the shared bathrooms and they were down the hall. Thankfully there were two of them.

Disliked: We did not like the shared bathrooms and they were down the hall. Thankfully there were two of them. The description was good we just missed the shared bathroom part. Our door was squeaky and loud at night. Did not like the plant right out side the door that blocked the hall.

Liked: A beautiful cosy apartment, with a good central location, and very friendly and helpful hosts (Rob and Cristina). It felt like staying over at a friend's place.
