Good
Liked: Good contact with the owner even after late arrival
Liked: Convenient for the airport.
Disliked: Airport Katana advert on a different property caused confusion and over the address and panic on how to access room. Owner sent WhatsApp instructions which helped.
Decent if you want to stay close to the airport
Liked: Very close to the airport
Disliked: There was parking in the Booking and in reality there was not. We had to park in public parking. Apartment was decent, but no shampoo or body soap in the bathroom
Met our needs
Liked: No breakfast was provided. The location was close to airport
Disliked: The room was suitable for our needs, we needed somewhere for overnight because our flight had been cancelled.
Comfortable
Liked: Really loved the stay:) Friendly staff, good location, comfortable room.
Disliked: -
Decent place for a red-eye
Liked: Super close to the airport, which means this place is perfect when you have an early flight the next day.
Disliked: - Quite loud (the hotel's street is exceptionally loud with motorbikes, cars honking, buses, etc). - I dropped my wife at the airport at like 7am, and went back to the hotel to sleep until check-out time (in Booking, it said check out was at 11am). However, at 10 am, the maid beats on the door. I yell in Italian that I'm sleeping, but she keeps pounding at the door. I crack it open and the angry maid pointed at her watch, saying "check out check out; time to clear." I told her I had another hour and she sternly said, "no, no. 10am." I show her the Booking.com reservation and show her that it says 11am; she shows me a text message that said 10am. I said it was fine, quickly showered, and left. I was just upset that I paid for the room until 11am, but this maid was told it was 10am. No fault of her own, and she probably had many other things to do. But still, I really needed that hour until my check out time.
