Fabulous
The perfect Catanian stay
Liked: The location is perfect, super friendly helpful owner, love the building/apartment! Everything perfect just like last time

Disliked: Owners are terrible, slow answers, refused to help us resolve issues we were having. Would definitely avoid this place when going to catania, ruined an otherwise amazing travel destination.
Perfect stay
Liked: Great location in almost city center. Perfect spot for walking to Catania center, to Catania Centrale - it is great place to stay for people who wants to see more of Sicily than just only Catania. Huge and clean apartment with very comfy bed and great equipped bathroom e.g hairdryer, towels and soaps etc. There also were an access to some kitchen stuff like coffee machine and microwave and common space. Apartment was located on second floor but there were and elevator. It really recommend this place for longer stay.
Disliked: One thing which are not good was noisy street outside the window, it could disturb your night rest, but If you used some earplugs issue is solved. It was an disadvantage of staying in the city, so I can't blame the apartment staff for this - it is what it is.
Liked: We loved the building where the apartments are located. It is beautiful, with high ceilings, and it reminds us of a castle. The location is wonderful and close to the city center. The shared areas, including the kitchen and dining room, were beautiful and very well equipped. We were able to find everything we needed and could easily heat up our food. There were also plenty of brochures and leaflets available with information about excursions, sightseeing tours, and other activities, which we found very useful.
Disliked: We were disappointed that the bed was not prepared for the third guest on our first night, even though we had booked the apartment for three people. We also received no response to our messages throughout the entire evening. The apartment was far from clean, with dirty bed covers, pillows, dusty surfaces, and dirty floors. The television kept turning on by itself during the night, and the only way to turn it off was to unplug it from the power outlet. There was no iron and no toilet paper provided.
