Exceptional
Liked: The location was in the heart of the historic district and close to restaurants and major sites of interest. In addition, our host was very accommodating, helping us return our rental car early and getting us back and forth from the airport. It made the last leg of our journey seamless and we were able to relax and enjoy beautiful Catania!
Liked: Location and the sitting area. Rooms were perfect and staff were very helpful. I would recommend this spot!
Good value, great location
Liked: The location was excellent, right in the middle of a number of restaurants. Loved the small balcony overlooking the street, and didn’t experience any loud noise. Good position in Catania for exploring, comfy room. Excellent communication for when we would be arriving for check in, which was later than expected due to our flight being delayed.
Disliked: I had forgotten they didn’t provide breakfast! Think the photos of breakfast should be removed from details of property. It would have been good to be able to make a hot drink in the morning, and tea and coffee are provided for complimentary use, but there was no water available for us. No problem as we nipped out and purchased a bottle. We were advised not to use water from the tap. It was a problem soon sorted, and doesn’t detract from the accommodation.
Would absolutely book here again, don’t miss this gem!
Liked: Great location, super helpful & understanding staff, clean facilities, beautiful room & balcony, very safe!
Disliked: Nothing- it was perfect for my daughter & me!
Liked: Location
Disliked: Slowness in replying to messages sent prior to arriving and had to get booking.com to follow up
Super location in the city center
Liked: Very friendly host, clean and big rooms, super location, good restaurant on the ground floor
