Great stay
Liked: Great communication before arriving. A lovely warm welcome by Stephanie who explained all we needed to know. The room and communal areas were spotless. We had breakfast on one morning which had a good selection of well prepared good. We met Celso on a number of occasions and he was also very friendly and welcoming. We had a hot tub in our room which was great to relax in after a hard day at Mount Etna. Great location and would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Just a suggestion for a light/lamp by the coffee machine as this area is very dark.

Fantastic Location
Liked: The location is excellent. The staff can’t do enough for you, they are all so helpful. The room is lovely, cool and comfortable. Fresh fruit everyday in your room.
Disliked: The breakfast is extremely limited. There is no fridge in the room. The restaurant was unfortunately closed.
Excellent, highly recommended
Liked: Had an amazing stay, Celso and Stephanie (as well as the rest of the team) were so welcoming and so accommodating. The location was excellent and the room itself was beautiful. The selection of food at breakfast was very good. We had an excellent 3 nights stay and would happily come back again.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Shower didn’t have hot water.
