Very good
Great location for super cozy hotel
Liked: I really liked the location, the corner room we were lucky to have, and the very kind staff. I liked the shower pressure, the breakfast, the clean bathroom and the very quiet room, even if it was facing the street. Good phonic insulation, which I have had a problem finding in Italy in general.
Disliked: The shower was a little moldy on the bottom.
Nice
Liked: Nice rooms and beautiful but just a little worn out. Nothing that really disturbed me though. The bed was a bit hard, but ok. The location just beside the large park was very good, and this view from the window gave the stay an extra bonus. Close to the center, easily reached from the railway station by bus.
Disliked: The place was generally clean, but the cleaning was not thoroughly done every time -- some things were forgotten or not done carefully enough. Some chairs in the breakfast room were too worn out without filling in the cushions and it was awkward to sit on the metal frame. The young owner was just at the edge of being really disrespectful in his communication which of course makes the votes for this place lower. If he'd been a little more generous as a person, I'd like to return -- but since I want to feel welcome, I won't. I'm sure he's trying his best, but for me he has to learn and grow up!

Liked: The location was good because it's on the road, in the middle of the city, there's a supermarket on the side and shopping places nearby as well as the park.
Disliked: The location also became an issue because of the park, during the night it was so loud that we had problems finding sleep while the concerts were still going. The receptionist also was not nice, the breakfast was really bad, I couldn't find anything to eat, the shower was so small I couldn't fit in I had to shower the doors open.
Great location by a park,easy walking distance to sites, safe, clean, good breakfast
Liked: Location, clean, security, good breakfast, good texting communication with staff to answer questions.
Disliked: We did find paid street parking but felt lucky because it's a busy, full street. ( Not expensive ) Loud road noise from windows until 10 pm. We didn't see a way to use any air conditioning, but luckily the room cooled down in evening with windows open. You should ask about summer air conditioning. ( We were there in May.)
