Liked: Perfect location right in the centre of the city near shops and main monuments. Staff very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean with everything you might need.

Liked: Location is amazing. Private bathroom is ideal. Shared kitchen which is clean with good facilities.
Disliked: Bed is very hard.
Liked: Orazio was very kind hearted and he prepared our room far before noon. It was ready for us at 9.30am. The modern lift was excellent and it worked pretty well. The view was exceptional and it took us only 2 minutes on foot to arrive to the market. Good value for money. I highly recommend this place.
Disliked: The bed was stiff but the other 2 were comfortable.
Liked: Host was great, we stayed for short period of time but we will come back again. Location is fantastic
Disliked: The walls of the building are a bit thin, so you can easily hear what's going on outside
Not placed in the Da Gianni e Lucia Rooms which we had booked!??!
Liked: Convenient for the Alibus drop off from the Airport. Although we had to call to meet the host as we arrived at the door we were met promptly. A great central location for a lot of the main sights. We were able to leave our luggage in reception for the day as we had an evening flight.
Disliked: A bit confusing as we were not actually in the Da Gianni e Lucia Rooms we had booked but we were given a room in the Stesicorea Palace next door which felt like a downgrade. Very transactional host. Met us..checked us in..showed us our room...and left!
