Very good
Great place in the middle of the plazas with lots of history
Liked: Great location
Disliked: Everything was great
Great value, great location
Liked: Very central and great value for money. Easy to find, the host was kind enough to give us early check in and overall very comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing specifically. Worth noting that the closest parking to the apartment is quite a walk and was very busy, the Duomo one for us was a better choice.
I will recommend this place
Liked: Great location, value for money and Valentina is very helpful.
Perfect location
Liked: Location can't be better, it's in the center heart of catania in piazza del elephant next to the church. The room is perfect for 3 adults, beds where comfortable and bathroom was good size also. Good AC and around 10steps to go to the room.
Disliked: 😊
Excellent
Liked: Clean and spacious with all that we needed.
Disliked: Lots of stairs which I may have missed in the description.
Great location, but cleanliness and service issues ruined the stay
Liked: The location was excellent, really the biggest plus of this property. Everything we needed was within easy reach, and it made getting around very convenient.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the room itself was a big disappointment. Cleanliness was seriously lacking, we found hair in the bathroom, and it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Worse, we found ants both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. An insect screen on the balcony door would have helped a lot with this. On top of that, the balcony window had no privacy film, so anyone outside could see directly into the room. The bathroom itself looked like it needs renovation. Breakfast was included in our rate, but we were only given vouchers for one day despite staying two nights, and the options were extremely limited - just a coffee and a choice of one type of croissant. Overall, a very poor breakfast experience. We took photos documenting these issues.
