Very good
All in all negative
Liked: Location is a plus but everything else is a minus, area around is very dodgy, nearby multistory parking bellini is surrounded by a flea market Mon-Sat (which means trouble getting in and out via cr), absolutely no sound proofing between the suutes, you can hear people next door talking or flashing their toilets, every morning at 08.00-08.30h you have to wake up even if you don't plan to because the cleaners make so much noise talking and cleaning and because of no soundproofing you hear everything. Consider yourself warned, location is 10 but every else is a fail

The location was perfect and the host was amazingly kind to us
Liked: Location
Disliked: Plugs in room
Unforgettable memory
Liked: Great personnel, molti simpatici. I enjoyed talking with them very much.
Disliked: The number key lock at the entrance of the building did not work very well, though it was not a big problem in the end.
Liked: Best location in Catania and so far the most comfortable rooms in Sicily. Very friendly staff, spacious places, breakfast at a nearby cafe with pastries and coffee. All super good!
Good location - horrible sound insulation of the rooms
Liked: The place is very centrally located in Catania, in walking distance to all the main sites. The surroundings are very typical for Catania. The room is pleasantly furnished and in general in a good state. The balcony is a nice plus.
Disliked: The big big problem with the room is the basically non existent sound insulation! You can hear every guest coming and leaving their rooms and of course also all the activity at the reception which is just outside the rooms. But even more problematic is the noise from the waste-water system. The water system has most likely been retrofitted to the rooms and thus uses active pumps! These pumps make a lot of noise whenever somebody goes to the toilet, takes a shower or uses the sink. And because of the bad sound insulation you hear the water pumps and the water flow like it is in your room. I was woken up 4/5 times at 6 oclock in the morning because another guest got ip early and (of course) used the shower bathroom for 20-30min! If you like to sleep in the early morning this is not the place for you!
We had to change hotel, terrible location, we couldn't find the place, bad communication
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Location and area, the smell of the room was terrible. We weren't able to find the place, it took my wife and I like an hour to find it. We had to change hotel. Bad communication with host.
