  Liked: We had a change of plans and suddenly had to look for an apartment to stay in Catania for two nights. We found this apartment and booked it immediately. Given that it wasn’t our first time in Catania and we already knew our way around, we really liked that it was close to the main street, with plenty of places nearby. As soon as we booked, the owner immediately called us to check our arrival time. Considering how sudden our booking was and that we would arrive within 20–30 minutes, the lady informed us that they would need at least 30 minutes to get everything ready, which worked perfectly for us. We really appreciate that they could accommodate us at such short notice! ❤️🙏🏻 The apartment was beautiful. It had a small kitchen, all the necessary amenities, a nice balcony, a comfortable bed, and a great bathroom. I especially loved the rustic feel and the antique furniture. We were a bit worried about the soundproofing, but it turned out to be fine. The company also has apartments in several locations, so now that we’ve stayed in one of them, we can confidently say that the next time we’re in Catania, we’ll definitely look to book with Ferrini Home again. It was an amazing experience, with very helpful staff! ❤️

  Liked: The location is very convenient as you can walk to the major attractions. The apartment is nice, it has all the facilities you need for a short stay, you can also do the laundry.

  Disliked: Just a minor comment, the lady who did the check-in was 15 mins late to the appointment. However the Customer service via WhatsApp was very helpful and always on point

  Good place to feel Catania's Experience

  Liked: We didn't book the room with breakfast, family room was good, Area is good and safe all' great balcony terrace, rooms where very reasonable, they gave us esppresso tablets, tea and wine, catania market is within a short walk - don't miss it', We used paid Parking near the apt - it was good too

  Disliked: Stairs was complicated a bit, We had to buy an electric power socket to fit to our appliance

  Lovely staff, but the apartment didn’t match the photos or our expectations

  Liked: The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their hospitality. Location is good.

  Disliked: When we arrived, the cleaning team was still working, so the apartment was not ready on time. Unfortunately, the corridor was also quite dirty, which did not create the best first impression. The apartment itself is decent and has everything you need for a stay. However, we felt that the actual apartment was quite different from the photos, and the pictures did not really reflect what we found upon arrival. We only stayed a few hours due to the volcano flight uncertainty. Overall, the stay was fine, but unfortunately the apartment did not fully meet our expectations.

  Great apartment would definitely stay there again

  Liked: The property was very modern and clean. Well situated. The apartment is quite large with 2 floors

  Disliked: The air conditioning was working well. It was extremely hot in the apartment. The air conditioning shuts off as soon as you leave the apartment. Due to the extreme heat outside it made it extremely hot in the apartment also
