Very good
Enjoyable, liked central location, good breakfast
Liked: Good choice of items at breakfast, replenished quickly, if required. Staff were helpful, friendly and answered any queries we had. Although room looked out into the square it was not noisy. Lovely view over the rooftops.
Disliked: Bathroom in the room was tired, particularly the shower, could do with an update.
Our stay was made truly memorable by the outstanding hospitality of the staff!
Liked: What I liked most about our stay was the incredible hospitality provided by the hotel staff. Everyone was welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. A special note of gratitude goes to Giuseppe, who immediately addressed a concern we brought to his attention. We also thoroughly enjoyed our mornings thanks to the breakfast host, Stefanie, who was consistently warm, hospitable, and attentive. Excellent service truly made our trip memorable!

Liked: Good location and friendly staff, however …
Disliked: Desperately needs a refurb. Bathroom was shabby, the superior room noisy, the bedding flimsy with a little synthetic blanket that kept slipping off. I’m surprised about the positive comments. Breakfast was almost depressing apart from the coffee. I would not recommend this hotel.
