Exceptional
Old yet modern, super nice
Liked: The building is very old, but inside is a mix of old and modern look. We really liked the decor and the appartament as a whole. You are directly in the center, you have a lift, the breakfast area is especially interesting. The owner was super nice and helpful, the reception works 24/7, they have no problem if you arrive early to leave your luggage and then proceed to the city. Same goes for check-out. You can leave the luggage, explore the city, and then come back to pickup you stuff. 100/10.
Beautiful place with excellent host
Liked: Host was excellent. Very nice and friendly. Beautiful rooms!
Disliked: Parking was a bit of a hassle. And had to pay parking but I guess that is usual there.
Liked: Extremely disappointing experience! Nobody answered my calls or texts, leaving me stranded outside closed doors. I was forced to pay for another hotel and extra taxi rides, wasting money and dealing with unnecessary stress. The property also looks nothing like the advertised pictures. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this place!

Liked: The location is perfect and safe. We accessed to the more important touristic places by walking. I highly recommend this place to visit Catania. Also, the hotel look as a museum, I felt as I was living in the XIX and XX Centuries.
