Fabulous

Disliked: An elevator
A wonderful stay in a perfect location, with a cozy, spotless room, thoughtful extras, and friendly staff!
Liked: Excellent location, just a short walk from Piazza Duomo, close to the main attractions, plenty of restaurants, and the famous fish market. The bus and train stations are also within easy walking distance. There is a bus stop just a few minutes from the property, with a direct connection to the airport. The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with some lovely treats, tea, and a TV where you can enjoy not only YouTube but also Netflix. Another nice touch was the coffee machine near the reception, where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, sweets, and fresh fruit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful place to stay, with great attention to detail!
Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect
Liked: The rooms is moder and clean. The shower is big, very nice. Unfortunately, the jakuzi didn't properly work, which was a bummer.
Disliked: The standby light of the AC is really bright, which disturbed our sleep.
Liked: Very clean, fresh fruit, range of teas and water at guest bar.
Disliked: Difficulty with code to access room as host kept saying asterix when she meant hash. I had to keep requesting she text it to me as she was giving verbal instructions. The cleaner woke me before 8am and knocked on my door to offer breakfast, which is not acceptable after a late long flight and time difference. I did not want breakfast anyway. I dont think it was the cleaners fault, she was doing her job but the owner needs to understand guests are on vacation and need rest. Thats what they're paying for.
Recommendable 👌
Liked: The room is beautiful and the treats from the house delicious. The location is awesome, super near to the market and main plaza ☺️
Disliked: All was good
The hospitality and services was top-class
Liked: Very modern style.
