Fabulous
Disliked: unfortunaly, our experience was disappointing. the entrance was very dirty and felt unsafe, whice gave a poor first impression. Additionally, the noise outside during the night was extremely disruptive, making it difficult to sleep.
Liked: The location is excellent, right in the heart of a lively street filled with cafes, bars, and restaurants, which creates a wonderful atmosphere, especially in the evenings. Before arriving, I had seen some older reviews mentioning noise, but this was not our experience at all. The windows provide excellent sound insulation, and despite the crowds and music outside, the apartment was very quiet inside. We slept very well every night and had absolutely no issues with noise. If you're concerned about that, you really shouldn't worry.

Perfect location, comfortable apartment, great host
Liked: Excellent location. Super super central. Very clean. Well equipped. Quiet and cool in the sleeping areas. Mrs Ester, who greeted us on arrival, was very welcoming.
Disliked: The entranceway/cortile at street level once through the main building portone is a little off putting especially as we found rubbish and empty glass bottles dumped there upon leaving the house each morning.
