Liked: Near the airport, the beach and the city. They make a breakfast box to go because we got an early flight very nice of them😍.

Liked: The hotel is just a short distance from the Catania Airport. The room was comfortable. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Breakfast was included and the Staff was accommodating arranging for to-go bags as we needed to leave before breakfast started.
Ok for a night stay needing the airport close by
Liked: The customer service was overall good. Everyone was really nice and I do feel like they wanted me to feel welcome there. The breakfast and the dinner were AMAZING. The quality of the food and drinks were great too and they resolved my issue at the end of my stay very nicely so I appreciated that. I also liked that you got a pass to free beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach across the street. Very close to the airport.
Disliked: There was elevator maintenance going on the days I was there and it was VERY loud and disturbing. There was no notice and the noise was so loud I had to complain. The room was also smaller than the pictures showed and housekeeping didn't do their best because there was hair and trash still left in my room. They also were in my room past 3pm after I had been gone all day which is unacceptable because I had to sit around and wait for them to be finished to go in and shower and use the bathroom. There was no patio, no robe, no airport shuttle (they called a cab that I had to pay for) there was no gym or spa. Everything is under construction so I feel like I paid for much more than I got.
