  Liked: The room is nice with a good view of etna.

  Disliked: Although I had been advising the owner about our arrival time. We arrived around 18.00 and our room was not ready yet. We even had to ask for toilet paper as there was none available. Lots of mosquitoes.

  Perfect aristocratic apartment🤌

  Liked: Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, a lovely living room, and vintage furniture that reflects the true spirit of Sicily. The friendly host helped us check in online late at night, which was very convenient. Great location — close to the old town, market, parking, and lots of atmospheric restaurants and bars.

  Disliked: Only small downsides: the mattress sagged in the middle, the bathroom drains were slow, and we missed having separate blankets.

  Liked: Localization was good

  Disliked: In our room there was no bedsheet or duvet cover to sleep under it. After contact with owner he said he can't come and help us by give us something to sleep and he said that there is blanket if We want. (Blanket don't look like it is cleaned every stay). So it ended that I was sleeping under towels that night:/

  Liked: Nice big room, big bathroom, clean and extra bonus with Etna that you could see from the room, great location. The host was very nice.:)

  Terrible Stay

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Our stay was horrific. First of all, the view is not as it looks like in the photos. You have to lean forward from the balcony to see Mount Etna. The actual view is the back of a restaurant with a bad smell every day. Second of all, you have to share a flat with other people. The bathroom is outside the room which was not hygienic at all. The sink and the shower were both clogged and when we asked the owner to solve the sink he came for help. He said he fixed it but it was the same. We asked him that it was not fixed and the conditions of the room were not good. He said(this was his exact words): "If you want to leave you can do it but it is not up to me... If you don't like it you can go somewhere else. I am sorry" He didn't want us to write a bad comment about the house and so he said we should leave. We said we couldn't afford another place without a refund but he was not helpful. So we decided to leave earlier than we planned.
