Fabulous
The accommodation is well located and fine if you are not spending a lot of time in the room
Liked: The accommodation is in a great location and the communication and service by the staff was excellent including organising parking for us.
Disliked: The room did not have a balcony and view as indicated when we booked. The room was dimly lit with confusing light switches.
Liked: The staff was really helpful. The location is good. In the room was clean.
Disliked: To the area outside of the room wasn't as pleasant. And you needed a lot of password to get in.
Liked: The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. I also really liked the shower.
Disliked: The only downsides were that the spa was not operating, and the room was a bit small.
Excellent attention from staff, thank you
Liked: Location unbeatable. Check-in was seamless, comms from staff superb. Personal attention from host with overnight mobile in case of any issues. Pricepoint v favorable. Ideal priority for short stay in Catania
Disliked: Lift and entrance ( shared ) was dirty
Enjoyable and comfortable
Liked: Clean and accessible and good staff
Disliked: A few things in the room like sensor light in toilet that stayed on for a while when trying to sleep and air con not being able to adjust
Central location, friendly staff but I wouldn’t return
Liked: Very central. Helpful staff.
Disliked: No breakfast or food options. Very hard to find as there is no signage and to enter the hotel you have to go through a shared courtyard. Also the rooms had a faint drainage smell on entering. We complained and were moved to another room which was only slightly better.
