Good place to stay in Catania
Liked: We had a lovely stay at Mirage Mer. It is very handy to reach from the station and also to walk to the centre of the town. We had a bit of a hiccup getting access but if you send a copy of your passport when the host asks for it, then he will send you the code number to access all the doors. The host is very helpful with information about Catania. There were a few restaurants near the accommodation and we chose one for our evening meal. The room was clean with all the facilities you'd expect. There was a communal kitchen in which to make tea/coffee which was a bonus and an outdoor terrace. We would stay again.
Disliked: The shower could have been a bit bigger.
Liked: At night very busy I could not have a good night sleep 😴
Disliked: I like the staff very helpful and helpful 👍
Lovely apartment within close proximity of all you need
Liked: Good size room Garden terrace where you could enjoy the free tea/coffee from the communal kitchen area. Excellent location - 10 mins bus station / railway station / cental Catania bars and restaurants
Disliked: all good
