Exceptional
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is located in a very nice area, conveniently close to the city centre and a supermarket. The Italian-style breakfast was quite good, with a nice selection to start the day. The hotel is comfortable, well-located and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, a really great hotel that we would happily recommend!
Excellent in all senses

Disliked: The garage entrance is very tight and difficult to enter especially in a van
Disliked: We were disappointed with the way the staff handled our gifts. In the morning, when we left our luggage, we also left the gifts in the refrigerator and informed the reception that we would return around 1 p.m. to collect them and take them with us. When we came back, the reception was closed, and our gifts were no longer in the refrigerator. As we understood, the staff had taken them to the reception area. As a result, we were unable to collect our gifts and had to leave without them. We believe that in such a situation, the staff should have informed us or made it possible for us to collect our belongings.
Amazing hotel
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Catania. Everything was very clean, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh food. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to the hotel manager, who was amazing to deal with—very kind, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She made sure everything went smoothly and made us feel truly welcome. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore Catania and its attractions. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
Bad AC in our room of 4
Liked: Location is good and breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Checkin was difficult even though we sent a request 2 hours before arrival. Our room for 4 ppl had very weak ac the temperature was probably 30 degrees.. We ended up switching to 2 rooms with a good ac.
