Guest reviews
Fabulous
I would use this as an overnight stay
Liked: Great location close to the train station and historical Catania.
Disliked: The building is older but everything was clean. The host and his son were very helpful and accommodating
Liked: Good location with friendly hosts
Great rooms in a beautiful palazzo
Liked: Very nice rooms in a beautiful palazzo.
Disliked: Room and bathroom though private were separated, but there was a lot of comfort.
Convenient location to bus/train terminals, surrounded by cafes and deli shops. Overall nice stay
Liked: Near the bus/train stations. The family who runs the place was very accommodating, served good breakfast. They really took care of their guests. We had a big spacious room and closet space.
Disliked: It's in an old historic building, small shower stall, shower drain was slow. The entry way to the upstairs where the B&B was located isn't desirable, had a sewer smell.
Excellent very good situation near train and bus station
Liked: The very kind welcome
Disliked: Beautiful early 20th century « librrty » building
Budget Value and Location
Liked: We booked the Promenade B&B for one night prior to departing Sicily the next morning for its location - a short walk to the train station (and bus to the airport). The room was basic but clean, and breakfast was included. The owner/manager used the computer to translate our communications.
Disliked: Basic room but fine for a short stay. The shower unit was tricky. Not much space in the bathroom for clothes or toiletries.
