Very good
Liked: The location is excellent, it s quiet and clean.
Disliked: The entrance in the building and the rooms is tricky it would have been easier if the keys had a label on them and if the explanations were more detailed.
Please avoid this accommodation. I don’t know how on earth they reached rate 8,7 at booking
Liked: It’s placed in the city center.
Disliked: Everything else, but mostly bathroom. Toilet doesn’t work, you don’t have shower 😳 Even we asked staff to repair the toilet they didn’t care. We have stayed for two weeks and they didn’t change towels and sheets at all. But the were wery active to change extra hiden 50e for no reason called that late chack in. Kitchen is also poor equipped and the sink was leaking, I soo they were trying to fix with tape🤨 Smell in the kitchen was so bad.

Liked: The location was convenient, right in the heart of Catania center. The room was very clean. The kitchen was shared if needed, but that was no problem for us.

Liked: Super central location
Disliked: The room is not well insulated so you have the feeling you sleep on the sidewalk, next to the passing cars. Cleaning - felt like the floor was swiped shortly before we arrived. Dust was still on the floor. Bed linnen were pretty used and in a bad shape.

Disliked: A hidden "late check-in" fee of €25. Stingy with the toilet paper. No ac though it appears as an amenity. Rude owner/host who decided he wouldn't let me in until 11pm (2 hours) after my arrival, because I didn't answer his message within booking.com while I had NO INTERNET on an 8-hoir plane ride! If arrangements need to be made, the host should see that they're done at the time of booking, not the day of when people are likely traveling. The shower is so small one cannot even bend over to pick up the soap... And there is NO soap holder conveniently located on the shower wall. No towel hook, nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom. Leaky shower head that sprays water all over the bathroom.
