Guest reviews
Very good
Prefect, central location when visiting Catania!
Liked: Well appointed apartment, very clean and well organised, airconditioning, easy access with codes, street market outside, ideal for visiting Catania!
Disliked: The pillows on the bed were hard and uncomfortable, more like bolster pillows
Liked: The location was great. I had a problem with the flight back home and had to add an additional night at the last minute. They assisted me and took good care of the situation. Great staff! Thank you. Will be back again
Liked: The apartment was spacious
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean, especially the bathroom had a really bad smell.
Safe, secure and a great place to call home when exploring Catania!
Liked: Spacious, airy, and a great location. Hosts were readily available for any queries and helped us out quickly even though we booked last minute. Great facilities and a safe and secure building.
Liked: They were friendly and super helpful. Center location.
Disliked: There wasn't hot water at nights. I tried at 6:00- 9:00pm several times but we had a shower with cold water in our last 2 days. The breakfast was a toast or a croissant with a glass of soft drink or coffee at the nearby cafe. If I had known this, I definitely wouldn't have ordered it. The street is really dirty.
Very pleasant
Liked: Breakfast at local cafe - 2 mins walk away - limited choice but decent quality Very Good to have a receptionist as meant there was support if needed. Very comfy apartment and very well equipped kitchen Most of staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful
Disliked: Neither bedside lamp worked - probably would have been sorted if I’d told them but only remembered about it each bedtime!
