Very good
Liked: The great location. Very nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: We were quite satisfied just that the booking was done for three and we had to pay €15 per night for the third person for the extra bed. This should have been clear on the booking.
Liked: Comfortable room right in the heart of the historic pedestrian area. The decor and furnishings are a little dated and worn, but that actually adds to the charm. The room was clean and housekeeping was provided every day. The staff were very friendly and polite.
Disliked: Even though my window faced the courtyard, I could still hear loud music from the street, even with the windows closed. The building also has very poor sound insulation. You can hear every noise coming from the hallway and kitchen, and I imagine it works both ways.
Liked: We took the attic room which was very basic, but still comfortable enough and clean. Location is perfect for exploring Central Catania, we walked everywhere. Great view from the balconies of the breakfast room.
Lovely stay in Catania
Liked: Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast.
Disliked: A little bit loud, low ceiling in our bedroom.
Liked: Its close to facilities and main locations in Catania.
Disliked: The restaurant which opened in the evening which was extremely loud.
