  Overall, the location is undoubtedly the biggest advantage of this property, and Vanessa’s kindness made a positive diff

  Liked: The location of this property was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for exploring and getting around. Vanessa at reception was particularly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and she deserves a special mention.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the cleanliness and housekeeping standards were well below our expectations. We stayed for six nights, but our room was cleaned only once during the entire stay. There was noticeable dust and debris on the floor, particularly after our trip to Mount Etna, and we eventually had to keep our shoes on inside the room. Also there was no blanket provided. Which was a bit surprising.

  Excellent location, Great stay

  Liked: Everything was great, and the host was very kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. I really appreciated being allowed to leave my bag for more than five hours on my last day.

  Disliked: The only small issue was that the door lock sometimes got stuck and took a while to unlock, but I understand this has already been fixed.

  We were looked afer really well

  Liked: The reception organised pick up from the airport great value for money and in turn the driver became our guide such a great guy took us up Mount Etna bought us coffee. Excellent location a great restaurant and bakery within seconds of property and the friendly staff were so helpful and considerate.

  Disliked: It is hard to think of any faults layout of rooms a little strange with strange hidden cupboards.No lift to first floor nothing to take off a really nice property

Good to know

Each apartment is equipped with a 50-liter electric water heater in line with the rules for saving primary resources according to the European Environment Agency resolution, and with an Electric oven.

Please note that the elevator is on the first floor so guests must take one flight of stairs to then take the elevator up to the higher floors.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
