Fabulous
Very good value for money
Liked: The location is excellent, just a 3–4 minute walk from the center. There are two types of rooms: renovated and unrenovated. Both are very clean, though the bathrooms in the older rooms are smaller and darker. In the renovated section, everything is impeccable. The breakfast is surprisingly good for a guesthouse in Italy—very tasty and plentiful. The value for money is excellent. I recommend it without reservation.
Disliked: The only slightly odd thing is that there are codes for everything: the gate, the elevator (yes, there is an elevator), the entrance to the hallway where the rooms are located, and the rooms themselves—that’s 4 codes to enter. Even if the entrance to the inner courtyard looks a bit off-putting, don’t worry; the rooms are very, very clean and welcoming.

Liked: The staff were amazing Jane and Annalisa went out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast was excellent Location perfect
Disliked: As in a lot of places in Sicily, Lots of codes to enter the property Better not forget your code!
Friendly, accomodating staff and good value for your money
Liked: Located about halfway between the Duomo and Catania Centrale Train Station. It was close to several restaurants, the Theater and all important Fish Market! Staff was very friendly, accomodating and professional. Breakfast wasn't fancy but quite adequate. There is no coffee maker so the staff brings the coffee.
Disliked: I was a little put off initially by the exterior apperance and all the codes one had to remember (there were no keys, just a personal code to put into the key pad at several doors, including your room and another code for the elevator and entrance.
Liked: only spent 1 night, but it was really worth the stay, staff very friendly and it is well situated,very clean and a comfortable bed

Very comfortable stay with friendly staff in a central location and well placed to catch airport bus
Liked: We had a room at the top which had its own balcony and a superb view towards Mount Etna. Very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom. Good breakfast with a wide choice.
Disliked: The room was only accessible by a flight of stairs - that would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
Liked: Super modern, super clean rooms high above the chaos of Catania. Great rooms, easy to find, directly between the train station and the old town
