Liked: The apartment was spacious and not too far from the historic centre, the kitchen was well equipped, there is also a nice balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning. The host was welcoming and offered many helpful tips for traveling. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay in Catania

Best apartment I’ve ever rented in Italy
Liked: I strongly recommend choosing this apartment for your stay in Catania. You will create the best memories here, thanks especially to the wonderful host, Gaetano. The apartment is super clean and has its own unique soul and atmosphere. The walls are decorated with beautiful paintings that make you feel like you are staying in a small art gallery. The beds are very cozy, and every room has air conditioning, which is extremely important during hot Sicilian days. One of the best things about this apartment is its perfect location. It is close to all the main attractions in Catania, so we walked everywhere on foot. It was very convenient to quickly return to the apartment whenever we needed to drop something off or pick something up. There are also many great restaurants near the apartment, and we highly recommend listening to Gaetano’s advice about places to eat and visit - his recommendations were amazing. We loved every second of our stay here and truly felt at home. We also truly appreciated the flexibility and kindness of Gaetano. He allowed us to check in earlier, which made our arrival much more comfortable, and on our last day he kindly let us leave our luggage in the apartment until the evening. Strongly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, and memorable stay in Catania.

Liked: The stay itself was good and comfortable. The apartment is convenient and has everything needed for a pleasant stay, making it a solid option for short visits.
Disliked: At the beginning, the host seemed nice, but over time we felt a bit overwhelmed by his approach. After a long flight, we were quite tired and were hoping for a quick check-in, but instead we were kept for about an hour while he explained every detail of the apartment and shared extensive background information about Sicily history, restaurants, tours and etc. While this may be helpful for some guests, it felt a bit controlling and made it difficult to politely move on and rest. Additionally, the property is presented as a 4-star experience, but in reality it feels more like a standard apartment rather than a hotel-level stay.
