  Liked: Everything..our welcome, our rooms, the ambience, the location. The owner was very helpful and charming. Restaurants/cafes and small boutiquey shops very close. The delightful Piazza Bellini and Teatro Bellini two minutes away. The area is full of character..it suited us perfectly and we hope to return.

  Disliked: There is no lift which for us no problem but guests with walking difficulties would find this a drawback. The 2 flights of stairs we considered good exercise after a delicious meal..! I mention the stairs only as advice to others.

  Great stay for traveller without big luggage

  Liked: The location is excellent. it close to everything, attractions, restaurants and transportation, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and the roof top has a great view! And the host Manina is great! She drove us to the airport with for only 30 euros.

  Disliked: There are plenty of stairs, you need to climb 4 big stairs to the accommodation and then another narrow stairs to the room, if you have big luggages, be aware of that. And some part of the stairs has no light, so be careful.

  Liked: I loved the room, it was beautiful comfy and spacious. The hotel was in a great location, you are right in the middle of a piazza with lots of restaurants to choose from. You are also a very short walk to the piazza where the university is which also have lots of restaurant options, lively, and live music playing. The host of the hotel was very nice, explained everything at check-in, provided lots of suggestions, gave us the number to local taxi’s for travel to the airport, and was helpful even before checking in via WhatsApp.

  Good value for money

  Liked: Excellently located, very close to the city center while still situated in a quiet piazza, with plenty of amenities nearby. The room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated and found to be a great plus.

  Disliked: The only thing we didn’t like was that the fridge is not functional unless you are in the room, as the electricity is connected to the central power system and only works when the access card is inserted into the slot. This can be particularly inconvenient during hot summer days, as you cannot leave the access card in the room to keep the AC and fridge running while you’re away. Unfortunately, the property provides only one access card.

  Fantastic location in the centre of Catania

  Liked: Central - next to the Bellini theatre. Extremely clean and well equipped ( the bottle of wine was a bonus). A comfy bed and great shower. With windows and shutters closed it was quiet and dark and made for a great nights sleep. Communication with the host was exceptional. It’s an easy walk from the train or bus station to get here.
