Fabulous
Great view, great location
Liked: The location is perfect, the view is stunning.
Disliked: Some furnitures were very cheap.
Liked: We really liked the view 😊 also, the owner was very friendly and accomodating Close to the city center.
Disliked: It is not fault of the owner, but the area around the building was very messy. A lot of rubish on the streets, and to our surprise no rubbish containers to be found
Beautiful view and good for one-night stay
Liked: From the outside, the building is not very welcoming, to be honest. The neighbourhood was quite shabby and didn’t feel particularly comfortable to spend time in. However, the location itself was very convenient, as it was super easy to reach the city centre on foot. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious (huge!). The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast was actually very good, with plenty of options to choose from. Beautiful view from the balcony.
Disliked: The balcony and windows were very dirty. The balcony itself was lovely, but because it was so unclean, it wasn’t pleasant to sit there and enjoy the space. The same applies to the overall cleanliness of the room. It was a beautiful and very spacious room, but unfortunately, it was extremely dusty. Walking barefoot for just a few minutes left our feet dirty. If the cleanliness was taken care of properly, the overall experience would be so much better, and there would be very little to complain about.

Disliked: The breakfast was very poor! They dont change the towels and dont bring the soap and shampo, just what you find in the first day
Nice view but nothing more
Liked: - Nice view of Mount Etna. - Comfortable bed. - Easy to find a parking nearby.
Disliked: - The neighborhood felt quite unsafe, especially at night. - The room was very noisy in the morning. Since there is a passage through the kitchen, you can hear other guests from early in the day. The doors are extremely loud when opened and closed, almost like prison doors, making it impossible not to notice whenever someone enters or leaves. During my stay, noise started shortly after 7 a.m. The doors are very thin, and I could also hear the cleaning staff working. Not a good choice for anyone who wants to sleep in. - Breakfast consists only of sweet options, which may not suit everyone. - The shower was in very poor condition. I even unscrewed the shower head because I couldn’t tell whether the buildup inside was limescale or something worse. - The owner seemed friendly at first, but rushed us at the end. When my partner planned to come for breakfast at 9:30 a.m. (breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m.), we were told he should be there till then latest. When I mentioned that we would check out around 10:30 a.m., I was told that 10:00–10:30 was the absolute latest because they needed to prepare the room for new guests. - We left exactly at 10:30 a.m., and the cleaner was already waiting in the kitchen, giving us unpleasant looks, as if we had done something wrong despite leaving on time. - The TV is very outdated and does not have Smart TV functionality. Considering the existing connections, adding a streaming device would be an easy and inexpensive solution without needing to replace the television. - The floor was in very poor condition and seemed to be coming apart in places. The bathroom ceiling was also barely holding up. Overall, the property is in need of renovation and some basic refurbishment, as it looks like very little has been updated or improved for many years. Overall, if someone does not care much about the neighborhood, cleanliness, or peace and quiet, this place may be acceptable.
