Exceeding expectations
Liked: We loved the aesthetics, the attentiveness of the host, the breakfast was truly exquisite, the view / area, the space, the animals. Fred, the host, is such a sweet and caring soul <3 xo
Disliked: As most mentioned the drive up… but that’s classic Europe for you! Don’t rent a car in Europe if you’re a nervous / poor driver;)
A perfect stay
Liked: Location with breathtaking views, pool, plenty of outdoor spaces to chill with a book, honesty bar for drinks/snacks, amazing fresh veggie breakfasts, clean, safe, Fred’s the best host, lots of cats, a donkey to feed carrots to… I could go on! Such an oasis of calm:)
Disliked: Nothing, would come back in a heartbeat, was gutted to leave!
Beautiful b and b in the Cefalu hills with very friendly host
Liked: Lovely b and b situated high on the hills above Cefalu with amazing views Great terraces to sit,enjoy and relax with a small swimming pool for guests The host Fred is so helpful with great recommendations for restaurants and trips out. He is so proud of his villa and amenities and provides the most amazing vegetarian breakfasts
Disliked: Couldn’t find anything to fault this property- probably the long way down to Cefalu might be a problem for some but Fred has a good recommendation for a local taxi firm
Favourite stay of our whole trip
Liked: Our favourite stay of our whole trip! From the start, Fred was beyond attentive and helpful with information upon check in. The accomodation was STUNNING! We enjoyed the beautiful pool area overlooking Cefalù, the very cute breakfast area, the stunning entrance to the rooms and our room was so beautifully designed. Large bathroom / shower!! You can tell Fred has so much love for his home! We were warmly welcomed, given some amazing recommendations for food, beaches, parking, sunset lookout and places to watch the World Cup! We were able to borrow snorkel gear and a beach umbrella as well which was a great. Each morning we were served the most delicious, tasty breakfast! We were also welcomed each morning by the neighbouring donkey which we thought was a highlight of our stay! An eye to detail and incredible service, we WILL be back!! Thankyou

Liked: Everything was brilliant, was sad to leave. The best host you could ask for: Fredrico is so knowledgeable and shared places to visit, walks, restaurants, with the best breakfasts you could wish for, has certainly inspired me. Hope to visit again
