Fabulous
Great location and nice team
Liked: The location is great. The balcony is a good add. And the team was so nice, even I forgot something and they keep it for me.
Liked: These guys were absolutely amazing! So welcoming and helpful. The suite was excellent, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. And the bed? One of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in! Perfect location with convenient parking available. I couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommend!
Liked: It is in a central location. Close to local attractions, restaurants. Samuele was very nice and responsive.

Clean, excellent hosts. Our Experience let down by poor AC and noise
Liked: Excellent communication and great hosts with clear instructions on how to enter and leave the property. Excellent recommendations for food and sightseeing. However the AC was weak and walls paper thin
Disliked: The ac unit was too small for a room this size and very uncomfortable to sleep. Walls seemed paper thin we could hear our neighbors every move late at night
Aggressive Check-in Experience
Disliked: We requested an early check-in when we made our booking. A staff member initially told us they would let us know if it was possible. On the day of arrival, another staff member messaged us confirming that we could check in between 12:30 and 1:00 pm. Based on that message, we arrived shortly after 1:00 pm. Our complaint was never about being denied an early check-in. We arrived during the check-in window that had been confirmed to us in writing, and the issue arose from conflicting information between staff members. When we arrived, there appeared to be confusion between the staff members about the agreed check-in time. We tried to explain that we had received a message confirming the 12:30–1:00 pm arrival window, but the conversation quickly escalated. The owner repeatedly raised his voice while another staff member was on speakerphone. Because the owner spoke only Italian, communication was difficult, and we were repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain the situation. The shouting continued throughout the check-in process. After repeatedly asking them not to yell and to let us explain, I eventually raised my voice because I could not make myself heard. As two women travelling together, we felt intimidated and uncomfortable during the interaction. This was the most unpleasant check-in experience I have had after many years of using Booking.com. The room itself was acceptable, but it was not well insulated from noise. We could clearly hear conversations from outside and around the property, and every time the toilet was flushed or the bathroom taps were used, the plumbing noise was very loud, including from neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to relax and sleep. Between the aggressive check-in experience, the poor communication between staff members, and the excessive noise, I would not choose to stay here again.
