Fab location, comfortable for a family for a few nights

Liked: Close to the centre and yet quiet location. Managed to get free parking right outside.

Disliked: Getting in was like doing an escape room in reverse! Coffee machine didn't seem to work, instructions might be useful.

Liked: Handy to rail station. Nice and big

Disliked: Because there were no stairs. You couldn’t get in 1 minute before 3 pm. Other places so much more accommodating. Also I booked this room by mistake and tried to change it to the night before but that was very difficult with no English

It was a good place to stay but no leniency on getting in or out. It had to be after 3. Someone we met waited there 4 ho

Liked: It was close to the train station and was large. We liked that you left us water.

Disliked: The bedspread had a dirty mark on it. It was very impersonal in that you never saw anyone and no lift. We had by accident booked two rooms for the same night and tried to correspond with them to say it was meant to be the previous night but got nowhere. I even tried to ring and they hung up on me. I feel that they could have swapped the night
