Exceptional
Good location, better rooms, great staff and the best roof deck!
Liked: The room was lovely but the real gem was sunset drinks on the roof deck overlooking the Cathedral and the sea. The staff were terrific, making numerous calls to find my cell phone which I had left on a bus.
Disliked: Nothing.
Even though this is a small hotel with only 5 rooms it really shines
Liked: The room was very spacious. A lovely corner room that overlook the square and Cathedral. Federico was amazing - he providing a list of tips, restaurants and other helpful information, even providing us with the same helpful information for our next destination. The attention to detail in the restoration was great even matching original paint colour
Disliked: There are no rooms located on the ground floor so you need to consider the stairs if it is an issue for you.
Liked: A great, clean place. The staff are the biggest asset—they couldn't have done more for us. Highly recommended.
Liked: We had such a wonderful time at Palazzo Villelmi. It was the perfect location in the center of the historic downtown, had a beautiful, spacious and clean room and the staff were particularly exceptional. Federico was superbly kind and accommodating and his advice/help navigating and guidance really made a positive impact on our trip. The fact that there are only a handful of rooms they offer really made a difference as well, it was a small and personable but professional experience as compared to staying in a massive hotel. Highly recommend taking their boat tour as well.
