Mom and Stefano was so extra nice to us ❤️❤️❤️
Liked: It’s located in a nice area There’s a nice park in walking distance and a store nearby The grounds of the property was beautiful We took beautiful pics The room was so cute and the breakfast area was very nice and clean Overall when I go Rome I will be staying at this place because I felt so welcome and it’s was like a family vibe ❤️❤️❤️

A warm, cozy, and welcoming stay made truly special by Stefano and his wonderful family
Liked: The property was warm, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The hospitality was exceptional, with Stefano providing convenient transportation from the train station to the property and later to our cruise terminal. He also showed us nearby places to eat, shop, and take our toddler to play. The welcoming atmosphere made our daughter feel completely at ease, and the kindness of Stefano and his family made our stay feel like we were staying with friends.
Disliked: Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked about the property. We would happily stay here again.

Easy, convenient, and perfect for a cruise port stay!
Liked: This property is amazing! Perfect for a 1-2 night stay before heading to the cruise port. Stefano was here to greet us, show us the amenities and give great recommendations for dinner that was a 2 minute walk! Breakfast was perfect and light before heading to our port. For the value, I’d say it is amazing and definitely worth it if you’re looking for a short stay.

Liked: So very nice breakfast room! Bright with a covered outdoor porch! Host and his sweet mom were very friendly & welcoming to us. Food was self serve and good assortment of breakfast fixins and drinks.
Disliked: There was no railings up the steep stairs inside or out.
