Excellent location lots of restaurants and host very attentive to any requests
Liked: Keys at a nearby location not far but a bit stressful as we had luggage but all good
Disliked: Advice that there are steps although it’s a first floor flat Soap in bathroom would have been helpful

Liked: Excellent location. Very helpful hosts who met us at Fiumicino with transport and keys to apartment and provided transport to cruise boat two days later

Liked: MaryTerese was very sweet and helpful. The location is great. If you need a grocery store there is one a few blocks away called Pam. Lots of restaurants, shops and the beach are very close. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine in bath room. Got our laundry caught up before getting on the ship. Yay! Place is very clean.
Disliked: Beds were a bit on the hard side. Just personal preference. Nothing fancy. There is not an elevator so if stairs are a problem you might want to keep looking.

Liked: Location, walking distance to port transport pickup location, town, market, restaurants, Cafés and tourist sites.
Disliked: Fairly long distance from train station, mold smell which triggered my allergy and caused sinus infection

Liked: Good central location,close to restaurants and cafes and cruise ships.
Disliked: Patrizio failed to contact us about keys.Apartment had no city view,no dry tumbler as advertised,dressing room was full to brim of his own storage.kitchen utensils were tacky.exposed cabling in lounge,old torn lounge suite with flatter than pancake pillows,Slow draining shower with very leaky handle pipes,toilet seat was too small for toilet and had to be constantly adjusted.Front door needed attention.Old tatty curtains.Some of these issues seemed to have been previously reported but have been ignored.
