Hard to get taxi around the area
Liked: Convenient to the port and shuttle service that I he company can provide is good too.
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: Great accommodation! Super clean, very close to port. Lovely breakfast. Rooftop terrace had excellent potential…. Needs done comfy seating potted plants would be amazing.
Disliked: Our cab driver had a hard time finding it… maybe a bigger sign!

Liked: We arrived late,11pm, entry instructions worked well, room was clean,modern and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We were joining a cruise the next morning and they arranged the short taxi ride to the ship. Excellent service all round lovely staff. Definitely book again when next boarding a cruise from Rome (Civitavecchia)

Convenient to the cruse port but your back will pay for it
Liked: Very close to the cruise port. They were able to get a transfer from the hotel directly to the cruise terminal for 10€ each. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the cruise terminal bus station if you prefer to walk.
Disliked: The beds were extremely firm.

Liked: The location is bad area & Taxi wouldn’t come pick us up to go town. Had to walk far to walk.
