Fuori Dal Poroto
Liked: The bedroom itself was pretty clean. There was a pile of dirt at the foot of the bed that has not been picked up. The bed was comfortable, however, there was a large amount of black mold in the shower, and only in the shower. That did not make us feel great, but it was a quick shower in the morning. The location was perfect for a one-night stay. Within walking distance to many restaurants. When we booked the room, we were told breakfast was included. Then we received an email that breakfast would not be included but they would give us a credit slip at a local shop for breakfast. When we arrived, they said no breakfast and no discount in our rate. We received check-in instructions via email and no person was available at check-in. The manager did knock on our door around 10:30 pm to make sure we were checked in. It was also a short walk to the area where you catch the bus to the cruise ships. In spite of the shower situation, it was perfect, and we would stay there again if leaving from that port.
Liked: Nobody at location to check us in leading to confusion. Long staircase up two floors-very difficult with any luggage. Not suitable for any with mobility problems.
Liked: We loved staying here. Stefano spoiled us with hospitality. Transportation from the airport to Civitavecchia was available and was very nice after a long flight. We hope to stay here again. Sincerely Chris and Inna Smyth
Liked: The room was fabulous! Breakfast was wonderful, so tasty Enjoyed my overnight stay prior to cruising!
Liked: Host were very friends.. excellreakfasr. just be aware it is on the 3rd floor.. so you will need to walk steps
