Exceptional
Nice Apt
Liked: The location was great and the apartment was clean and updated.
Disliked: A few things to note: 1 - there are stairs leading up to floor 0 where you can get the elevator, there is no way to avoid the first flight of stairs 2 - we had a problem with our apt door locking which took about 3 hours to fix, I’m assuming this won’t be an issue going forward but I would check 3 - when we entered the apt the apartment had no electricity and you have to reset it from the fuse box and instructions to reset were not readily available, you had to contact the host to get that information 4 - the wifi is terrible, it is shared by all 4 apts and if you happen to be in apt 4 using the balcony bedroom there is no wifi at all, you are too far away from the router 5 - the message you receive from the host is that someone named Charlotte will meet you at the building if you check in between 3 and 7 pm but there was no one there which would have saved us a lot of time trying to check in

Liked: Absolutely stunning property and fantastic location. We had two sea view rooms and they were perfect. The hostess was exceptional in terms of comms and when we had a very minor hiccup with the power it was sorted within minutes via WhatsApp. Would highly recommend.

Liked: We had a fantastic stay at Maison 31, The rooms was extravagant Lovely bed and bathroom. You feel like you have traveled back in time ( in a good way ) Charlotte and Mary were both outstanding hosts. Charlotte looked after us really well. We had lots of questions and all answered in quick time. Breakfast was a delight, Charlotte organised all of our transport from the Airport to Maison 31 and to the cruise ship. Really a great place to stay and everything organised all we had to do was show up, Thank you all at Maison 31.
Lovely Place to Stay
Liked: Very clean, comfortable, great location and wonderfully furnished and decorated
Disliked: WiFi intermittent
Liked: Good location with food next door. Beautiful view from standing only balcony. Hot shower. Free breakfast accross street. Coffee in room.
Disliked: Stairs to loft were steep. Room door did not seal well... heard others arriving/leaving. One flight of stairs to get to elevator.
