Exceptional
Liked: I liked really everything! What makes this place unique is a host, thank you Matteo for all your endless help! The apartment is very cozy, all that you need is there. The bed is super comfortable same as pillows. There is nice grocery nearby. Close to the beach and train station. Very highly recommended.

Liked: Located in a quiet residential area, apartment on the lower level. Large comfortable King size bed, shower & bathroom immaculate. Kitchen contained every possible piece of equipment, oven, microwave coffee maker, kettle plus all utensils..Basket of bread,cakes.Beer & yoghurt in the fridge..just amazing everything spotless. Plus nearby local store selling all toiletries for upcoming cruise, buy at location.

Liked: Matteu was very generous and actually picked me up from the ferry. He was very friendly and helpful, making great suggestions for the best places to eat. The Apartment was lovely with nice touches. A coffee machine with supplies for breakfast and water, all at no extra charge.
Disliked: Matteus place could not be faulted. It was the perfect place to rest after a long journey

Liked: Very clean and well equipped with anything we could have needed. Air conditioner worked great. Easy access to many amenities. Matteo was VERY helpful, answered questions quickly, and even gave us a ride to and from the apartment. Absolutely recommend!

The apartment is beautifully maintained, welcoming, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is fantastic: just a few minutes' walk from the main shopping street, which leads all the way to the seafront, making it perfect for exploring Civitavecchia on foot. What truly made the difference was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. Even before my arrival, he was incredibly kind and proactive, providing useful information about Civitavecchia and offering assistance whenever needed. He personally welcomed me at the agreed check-in time and made sure everything was perfect. Throughout my stay, he remained available and attentive, always ready to help with any request or question. It's not often that you find such a combination of comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Civitavecchia and would gladly stay here again in the future.
