  Liked: Staff was super helpful in waiting for me to arrive after my ship docked and I walked to Suites Matteotti 57. Communicated with Dilan through the Booking app and later via Whatsapp. He was waiting for me in his car right next to the door (name is on a plaque above the door, but other than that it's not particularly well marked and had he not been there I would have been very confused, especially at night). But he was super helpful and very patient while I walked from the port to the suites. Suites themselves operate as a B&B without an operator on site (this is quite welcome if you have ever had operators hover over you while you check in, sleep or eat breakfast). The kitchen was extremely well-appointed with a table laid out with plenty of packaged and refrigerated food and snacks, all marked just for my suite. The kitchen bedroom, and bathroom were all wonderfully modern and comfortable including the very pleasant surprise of a small balcony. Would 100% stay again and highly recommend to other travelers!

  Disliked: City tax (unavoidable in Italy) needed to be collected in cash, and having no small bills on me I needed to go out the next morning to make change (really not a complaint as I had the opportunity to find an excellent panificio right up the block) but adding city tax to the bill if possible would be welcome.

  Disliked: As we didnt speak Italian we were left a message re booking and didnt get it till we were at door which meant I had to ring Dilan and he had to come and let us in
