  Horrendous. We left after an hour. Could nt take photos because it was dark. Security like Fort Knox on the premises doe

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Everything. It’s is located in an area where the police recommend no-one should go at night. It is isolated up a dirt track, surrounded by dereliction. We disturbed two youths taking an interest in our car, fortunately before they could do anything.

  Disappointing would not stay there again

  Liked: The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. Gardens and pool area was large enough so you're not on top of one another. The food served at lunch was nice and also the bar service was good although a little difficult to communicate with the staff.

  Disliked: On the day we stayed we went to sit around the pool to which we were told we couldn't unless we had booked the beds in advance, we weren't told this beforehand but not much of an issue as the gardens had more beds to sit on. What was an issue is that we were then told that the restaurant would be closed that evening for a private party and we wouldn't be able to get anything to eat, and there was nothing in walking distance either. We wasn't informed of this when we checked in we only found out when we asked what time the restaurant opened for evening meals. We ended up having to us Deliveroo to get something to eat and eat it on a table away from the private party of guests that had taken over the whole restaurant and gardens.

  Disliked: Poor food facilities/lack of catering facilities No access to areas when an external booking occurred on Saturday night for a party Treated very differently to local residents who had use of pool facilities

  Very nice personell, they have pool but it’s open as well to the other persons who just pay to used for the pool not on

  Liked: They have pool and a bar, but it only open until 7pm. The owner is very helpful though. He always want to help. Drive us in the bay and in the port.

  Disliked: We can’t open the window and a bit far from the bay. But we just staying for 1 day so it was no problem at all.

  Liked: The guy who appeared to be the manager personally gave my wife and i a ride to the port for our Cruze. That was super cool and nice of him and we tipped him for it because no cabs would xome out there. The pool looked nice but we couldn't swim in it at like 630 pm due to them stating no lifeguards on duty, that was kinda weird.comfy beds though.

  Disliked: No bar No restaurant No use of the pool The ac unit sounded like a dishwasher the the rince cycle all night. It stated on the booking app check out was from 10 to 11 but we had to leave by 10. Unclear statement. Went out for breakfast but no one there to greet you or anything. It was just one family eating and me standing aroud waiting to be helped but nothing. None of the amenities were open to use. No taxis would come there.

  disappointing

  Liked: we were only there for one night. Room very basic. no water no tea coffee. garden looked amazing piol looked amazing. we arrived lete and next morning went to pool but told not allowed in til 10am which was checkout time very disappointing

  Disliked: no english. we were only ones at breakfast. very very basic pre packaged cakes biscuits. 4 fresh croissants were good. had pot of tea for 2 of us. asked for me. used same teabags. asked a third pot aas told breakfast closes 830 it was 20 past. i said please just another pot. again came with same teabags. was so watery. the woman sat us at small table. we we’re only guests there and she sat at desk 5 ft away and watched us the whole time
