  Good value for a short(er) stay

  Liked: Very high ceilings, good AC in bedrooms, comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. Easy to access (only two steps up from the street). Washing machine in the bathroom (which we didn't use). Good location for grocery stores and restaurants. Nice quiet street.

  Disliked: Kitchen was a little light on equipment - no kettle, no coffee machine apart from small Italian-style screw-together pots (which I can't work!), no cutting board, no spatula, meagre selection of plates,bowls, glasses, and cutlery. If we had stayed longer, we would have supplemented. The balcony off the kitchen is pretty tiny, as is the backyard. The furniture for relaxing (sofa and chair) is a bit basic.

  If you are looking for rustic, authentic Italian stay then this is the place for you!!

  Liked: The property was authentic and lovely, it was clean and had a lovely little courtyard with a lemon tree in it. The owner was attentive, very communicative and an all round lovely host. It’s located in a quiet street literally 10/15 minute walk from everything you would need out of Civitiavecchia. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again.

  Liked: The host was very kind and provided us with all the informations we needed. The apartment we stayed in is spacious, you can cook there, and it has a balcony with access to a small garden. Civitavecchia is a wonderful city and the locals are very friendly.
