Fabulous
Liked: Very clean, comfortable room, large bathroom, nice meal in the bistro, helpful staff especially when we realised we would be leaving too early to have breakfast (box provided), good location between Como and Malpensa airport
Disliked: Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
A good hotel with safe parking and friendly staff, easily accessible from the autostrada
Disliked: Some of the room lighting didn't work. We asked reception to remotely increase the room temperature from the indicated 19 degrees C to 21 degrees. Whilst the room panel showed this change immediately, there was no discernible change to the temperature of the air coming from the air conditioning and the room remained cold. There were no tea or coffee making facilities available in the room, or corridor outside the room.
Liked: Easy access to the hotel. Convenient parking. The hotel restaurant was very good. The room for three was relatively spacious. Breakfast was decent.
Disliked: The water flow in the bathtub was very weak.

Liked: Convieniently located close to the motorway. Plenty of parking. Clean an modern rooms. Staff very friendly and the restaurant is good.

Liked: The staff at the lobby and restaurant was very friendly. Breakfast’s was very good.
Disliked: At the room was a cold and the heat don’t work well. The other thing’s was perfect.

Disliked: Reception guy unfriendly (older staf member). Other reception team members helpful and friendly.
